Had lots of time for me and my doggies. The vet lady genuinely cared about my puppy girl while she had her microchip and first vaccinations, I got to talk and ask questions without feeling rushed. A good experience doing something that could have been quite stressfull

I have been with Pype Hayes Veterinary surgery since mr cookes days, so many years. Since medivet took over and Mr pegg no longer sees day to pay patients the practice has changed. When it was independent the prices were better the staff would have conversation with you, all they do know is talk amongst themselves on reception. However I must say Jen is brilliant and always has been. Then, if the practice can't do the job, you're shipped off to Leamington Spa! How you don't have the correct equipment for a simple dental xray is beyond me. It saddens me to see the massive change since medivet took over. Charlotte is amazing, but she is one vet and you cannot always get to see her as she is busy. It seems all medivet are interested in is your money. For all these reasons it saddens me to say I have now left Medivet and signed with another practice.

Really expensive with dental care for cat.

Very terrible service. Elena was rude, appointment was rushed and she also mentioned I had to make a decision quickly. Which rushed me into treatment options and cost me £££ more than it would elsewhere. This place seems to not care about the animal as much as their pockets. I will never bring strays here again. The deserve better treatments from the other vets in Solihull.
