This used to be very good and I have gone there for years. Since taken over by Medivet the service has gone down and they seem interested in getting as much money as they can. 2 stars as a lot of the staff remains and tries their best. I had a £20 a month plan for meds but due to a “lack of vets” the appointment for boosters are weeks away. Well I have chosen to go away to another vet where my dog will be cared for. I would no longer recommend this vet to anyone

Appointment for annual checkup & jabs went well for my little daisy. Shannon was brilliant with her, as daisy was nervous, very gentle & caring & helped with all my questions etc too. Thank you so much to all the staff at Pype Hayes medivets :)
