I have now never contact me again terrible vet.

The appointment was easy and straightforward my only concern was the price charged for 5 minutes in the vets room which was £80 - when all that was done was the vet ran his hands up down my dogs legs and back under dogs tummy . I thought £80 for 5-7 minutes max was excessive and a bit excessive . I only wish they wasn’t all privately run . It’s more like a cash cow now . Not many jobs wer your on £80 or more an hour

Last night I said goodbye to my 17yeat old furbaby ,the staff were lovely especially Alex who sent her on her way thank you

The only thing was I was told when joined the vet that I could use insurance to pay for vet bills directly. But putting that aside I've used 2 different vets in my area and was let down one vet didn't diagnose cat flu then other cats got sick. Different vet let us down with care for our other cat who died last year.
But Medivet very professional very clean practice vet wore gloves and receptionist very professional and dealt with customers on phone and coming into practice didn't leave anyone waiting and dealt with everyone promptly. Can't praise them enough I actually feel secure that our cat will have the best care.

The annual check was on time. The vet was present and informative. A stress free experience, thank you.

Very good practice, we always feel they do care about our pets. The vet who saw our dogs was very pleasant and efficient. All good.

Sorry to say but I don't like the way the practice is anymore doesn't feel such a caring practice
