Could not find a bowl of water for dog and no treat for nervous dog.
Didn’t like those burning candles felt like a funeral parlour. Had my last dog put to sleep there and it reminded me of that. Most upsetting

I was very disappointed that there was a ‘check-in’ error that meant I was seen 50 minutes later than my appointment time. It was acknowledged as a mistake by staff, as opposed to higher priority or emergency cases. Whilst they did apologise, there was no other form of offer to make up for the considerable inconvenience and impact it had on the rest of my day.

Medivet Gatley looked after our old lovely boy Alfie and gave us a couple of extra happy months with him. They were friendly, compassionate and offered great advice, things we might not have wanted to hear but were the right things to tell us during a heartbreaking time ❤️. 7 months later we now have a new puppy called Frankie who is the opposite of Alfie and loves the vets, especially Alex, who she’d probably go home with if she could 😂 x

Truly horrendous staff and experience bar the head vet (Renee) who I eventually insisted on seeing for every appointment. Wrong medication given numerous times and it was only through my double checking it was noticed. I was flippantly told my dog ‘didn’t have much time left at all’ with no ounce of sympathy or care by the vet (Jesús) I believe. Was sent invoices for X-rays whilst refusing to send over any further information re. What it actually showed and was met with quite a bit of hostility when I asked for an explanation. Having to have my dog put down was the most horrendous experience of my life, but somehow medivet managed to make everything leading up to that SO more worse. Avoid at ALL costs
