I have always used wool medivet for the fact the cost was average and the staff are amazing but sadly I’m a little miffed to say the least this time. I called upas my poor cat seemed under the weather so I called and got a same day appointment ! 😊 everything was great until my appointment was running extremely late. I saw a vet I’d never met before and she seemed ok but before I could catch up with her she gave. My fur baby a steroid injection and said he should be ok !!! I left to pay the bill and I nearly cried……£150 for a 20 min appointment- 1 x steroid injection 1 x consultation 1 x flea treatment Sadly none of this was fully discussed allowing me to make a fully informed decision.

They looked after Radish for 12 years and gave him a peaceful end at the right time. They were very kind to us too.
