I'm not entirely sure if this vet is good or not. For something is excellent, but for other things, it's very poor. I got a cat and at least 2 a year is been checked by different vets. On my last visit, the vet told me that they have to remove 4 teeth! I mean, in all the other occasions were the teeth good!? If you bring your pet twice a year for a check-up, they aren't able to find the issue before getting that bad?

At first seemed like a great experience with my dog, then had to move city with him, and a new vet put in light, that all they did was take money from me, as my dog was suffering from bad arthritis and of old age with an infection. And that any professional vet with a heart would of given me the option immediately considering my dog was 15 years at the time. All this happened 2 months after my last visit to this medi vet, even with care and medicine provided my dog was not getting any better. Had to move city with him, and sign up to the vets at pet at home here for them to tell me that, my dogs suffering was just being extended for financial gain. Had to watch my dogs back legs stop working and him barely able to move because of such actions appalling!

Professional, friendly and really care for pets and owners. They have helped us through 2 elderly cats passing. Showed us no end of understanding and comfort. I would recommend medivet N4 to all. Great range of foods, toys and all important advice for all pets. Reception are welcoming, friendly and professional.

Always excellent . Vets & nurses all expert & obviously kind to dogs. Michaela especially. More proactive focus on preventing obesity would be good.

It took 3 medivets calls before I could make an appointment, despite my disappointment in this. Stroud Green practice gave me a next day appointment. The vet that saw to my cat, put my mind and ease and was very kind to my cat. Even though it's a small practice, I felt very confident in the vet and the treatment of my pet.

I discussed this with Ghengis my cat and he said he always enjoys his annual trip to Zasman. Save for the little issue of his needle phobia, he is always treated kindly and professionally. They clearly like animals.

I had a scheduled appointment for my pet, and no one showed up or even called to inform me of any changes. This lack of communication and professionalism is unacceptable! I expected better service and will be looking for a more reliable vet.

They have been wonderful with my cat for an emergency appointment today after she became unwell. They fit her in straight away even while they were busy, which was greatly appreciated. We had a prompt blood screen and great advice from Sam the vet who was very thorough in checking what was wrong, and reassuring about results. Lucy in reception was particularly friendly and helpful—thank you for all your care and advice. I've always had great experiences with this particular practice, with both routine and emergency appointments. I highly recommend them, especially if you have a cat. The vets and nurses have always been really knowledgeable, kind and caring.

I have two elderly dogs both with diabetes and Cushings disease. One is with Medivet the other with Beaumont Vet in Camden. So I can compare the level of care from each. Medivet is so much poorer. I particularly despair of the Medivet approach to the prescription of medication. They charge more than any other vet and they wouldn’t dream of putting more than one medication on a script like my other vet does. There’s always a mistake on them, wrong dates, wrong amounts, I often have to go back twice to sort it out. I’m frequently about to run out before I can get the right script, which can take at least two weeks for them to do. My dog needs his medication to stay alive, so he can’t just not have it. They always prescribe the absolute minimum, despite the fact my dog will always need the same medication. I have to say Medivet add to the stress of caring for a chronically sick animal rather than supporting with it. I think part of the problem is my dog just isn’t known to the practice. I see a different vet locum each time. Some are great, others are just odd quite frankly. They can never find anything and don’t have time to look fully at the notes. I feel I have no choice but to change vets for the sake of my dog. If you have a pet with a serious disease I’d have to recommend you go elsewhere right from beginning.
