Lately i have been very dissatisfied with the vets at the Stamford hill branch so i decided to visit medivet stokey. The level of care and professionalism here has been exceptional . They genuinely care about animals here and listen to you. Gabby in particular went out of her way twice to call and discuss a proper treatment plan for my poorly pets. I will forever be grateful

Great and compassionate. We moved our cat to London and for years took her back to our old vet out of London at the worry of a local one (and chain) not being so good, coupled with a terrible and traumatic experience at Goddard by Canonbury. This medivet branch is great; the vet nurses and Gabby and Jonathon are great. Didn’t expect to find one we’d like and trust this much. Pets are prioritised over £££

Stopped by unscheduled due to an emergency, and despite there being a queue and the clinic was busy a really nice staff member attended to us quickly in between other clients. They provided really helpful guidance without charging for a consultation fee, and were not pushing us to buy treatment. Really impressed with the kind and attentive care, thank you!

The vet was attentive thorough and explained everything we needed to do. She also gave us options which helped with our decision making.

We managed to get an emergency appointment on the day even though we weren't registered, and there was no delay in seeing us. We were very happy with the thoroughness of the examination and treatment, the clarity of the explanation from the vet, the medicine and other items provided to continue the treatment at home, and the caring attitude shown by the vet and reception staff.
