Jeremy Carr is an excellent vet. One of the very best I have experienced over many years. He clearly explains my cat’s diagnosis and treatment options. My cat responds very positively to him which is unusual as she is nervous and strongly dislikes vet visits.

Our experience wasn't the best, the receptionist was confused & frazzled and showed no friendliness, while the male vet seemed off putting and judgemental. Prices are absolutely crazy too, I didn't feel like they gave my pet the attention needed to justify the costs

Had a great experience with Dr Jeremy and all the amazing nurses getting my dog an animal health certificate and fit to travel document for our flight abroad! My dog is very nervous at the vets and they helped him feel comfortable and didn’t do anything unnecessary to keep his experience positive. If you’re thinking of travelling with your pet call in advance / do your research to make sure you’ve got all the requirements (e.g. Rabies vaccine must be done a while before you travel, other things vary depending on destination. Dr Jeremy is great at explaining).

I have been to quite a few vets over the years, but not one compares to the care and understanding at the Stanmore Practice. Each interaction with every staff member is a pleasure and they go the extra mile to help and support their clients. They clearly adore our pets although I can think of other places my dog would prefer to visit😀 Particularly happy with the new vet, Jeremy. He has a lovely manner; very gentle with my dog and the amount of experience he has is very reassuring. Thank you!
