Lead Veterinary Surgeon

Hola!! I am a Spanish vet, I qualified in 2007. Working with animal was always my dream, and luckily here I am. I was working with racehorses in Spain, but decided to focus on small animals since I am in UK. In my spare time I love to train capoeira, visit different countries, enjoy nature and paddle boarding. Dancing is another passion, sadly not as good as I would like. Most of you know my beloved dog Romeo. He loves to come to the clinic every day and meet new friends.

Vets and nurses are always extremely kind and take me through all procedures - including the costs - in detail. When my cat needed dental surgery recently, they called to make sure I was okay with the additional cost when it turned out he needed more teeth extracted than they'd realised before the X-ray. The nurse also talked me through not only the post-op care he would need, but also how his condition had been throughout the operation. I trust them completely with my cat's health.

This is my second dog now registered with Medivet in Stamford Hill and I love the little team there. They’re always polite, professional and I feel comfortable leaving my dog in their hands.

Medivet in Stamford Hill is a money making business. They no longer care about our pet's, they just want to make money. I had a health care plan with them for years but recently had very bad experiences with all of the staff. My recommendation is to go with a pet charity like PDSA who truly care about animals.

Apart from the receptionists, i think the vets need to be re trained at the clinic. Not only did they misdiagnose one of my cats and waste multiple visits with my other cat, i asked for the lead vet maria to call me, been 3 days and no calls as of yet which i wont bother with anymore. In hindsight , i should have travelled a bit further and visited the stokey branch sooner as they actually care about animals and not just there to take your money
