Ellen Wootton

Head Veterinary Nurse

Ellen our Head Nurse is a familiar face to many, having worked at St Ives Veterinary Surgery since 2008. Ellen started her nursing career in Somerset at Quantock Veterinary Hospital, having had a spell working at a goat farm prior to this. Her household of 2 cats, a corn snake and countless stick insects was recently expanded to include the adorable Albus the Bedlington Terrier. Ellen relishes the multiple challenges that being a Head Nurse entails, from monitoring anaesthetics, making improvements to inpatient care, and of course, a good tick-list!! Outside of work Ellen likes walking, going to the gym and spending time with her family.
