Nose-to-tail health check
We're excited to announce that we're now offering a new nose-to-tail health check, discounted up to 25%. This includes a coat examination, body conditioning check, mobility assessment plus a flea, tick, teeth and ear check. If required your pet can also receive a nail clip. I took my cat to have his claws checked or trimmed but the vet advised not to trim them as he is a hunter and needs them for climbing and defence. Good advice given and no charges. Excellent outcome.

Firstly to say the vet nurses were lovely, supportive and caring. The existing and only vet was not. I found that she did not take the time to listen to the background of my pet and the knowledge of him that I have. He is a challenging rescue cat and I would do anything to make sure he lives a comfortable life but came away with the impression that she felt he would be better living elsewhere (she mentioned her friends cat had to be rehomed). She spoke over me repeatedly when I tried to discuss what I feel the issue might be. I was also told the cost would be a certain amount (I signed a document consenting to this) and when I refused to pay the extra later in the day because she realised her mistake, unfortunately I was treated as if it was my fault. When I arrived to collect my pet I could hear her clearly discussing other members of staff in a disparaging and undermining way- it made me uncomfortable and was super unprofessional. I came away in tears and stressed, worried that I did the wrong thing even speaking to a vet. I now feel like I don't know where to turn if I'm concerned about my pets well-being further. The sad thing is with a previous pet who lived well into old age and a previous vet at this practice, I really trusted them and was a loyal customer.

Vet was very good with my dog who is very nervous around vets, treatment given for skin allergy already showing signs of improvement. Very pleased with reception and treatment given.

Terrible service. Nearly killed my pet by rushing into surgery when I suggested delaying due to her weight. Over charged me based on incorrect quotation. They are only interested in profit rather than the welfare of your pets. Consider any over veterinary practice in Kings Lynn. Holly is completely useless. Do not take her advice. She needs more training. Awaiting a response from the VCMS as they can’t be bothered to answer emails.
