Took cat here a couple of weeks ago and was diagnosed with a mass in throat which I was told was probably cancer. They offered to put him down there and then and went on to say was the second one they had diagnosed that morning Got a second opinion from another vet and was told it was an abscess, which they drained. He is now fine and back to his old self. How many animals/cats are put down unnecessarily. We are now registered with another vet and will not be going back there. If your pet is given a similar diagnosis I urge you to get a second opinion. We love our pets so what gives them the right to play god so wrongly.

Medivet South Ockendon are amazing. We recently lost our little boy and the vet and staff were amazing, so caring, kind and thoughtful. I wouldn’t take my fur children anywhere else.
