My dog was taken out of my sight and came back with a black eye. When I questioned this, I was was told it must have happened on the journey in which is total rubbish. The vet was bad tempered and rude, and the remaining staff I have interacted with were just as abrupt. I do not recommend.

I came to these vets first time friend suggested to me as I've been to two vets who just kept giving me no help wat so ever my lab just couldn't walk due to old age kept sending us home so went to these vets and finally had to have my furbaby of 13 years put to sleep now she's in no pain the staff were great as I was emotional wreck I would highly recommend them now I'm going to register my other furbaby thank to the staff can't thank them enough ❤️

Extortionate company. They don't give prices beforehand, I would never recommend this vets. They charged me 3 times more than I could have paid elsewhere for exact same products then when emailing them to complain they just ignored emails

John is amazing with my animals, he us a real credit to the practice, he answered all my questions. The reception staff are all top class with amazing customer service skills. Thank you for being the best vet practice in Somerset, I wouldn't take my animals anywhere else. Keep up the fantastic work.

Lovely veterinary surgery. Staff are all very nice. The vet was very good with our dog and gave him a thorough check up. Prices were reasonable too
