Disgusted by Medivet, my cat wasn’t diagnosed for over a year, but many tests carried out and repeated, diagnosed within minutes at Pride park pet hospital when he deteriorated significantly, which meant he required emergency surgery at his weakest. They admitted they should have diagnosed him. My cat was traumatically put to sleep at only 5 years old. I believe their negligence has had a direct consequence on his short life and certainly prolonged unnecessary suffering. They haven’t even had the decency to acknowledge his passing. All Medivet care about is profit, your pet is just a number and pound signs to them. I have also complained directly to them and to no surprise, they haven’t responded. If you value your pets life, avoid at all costs! I will now be taking this to the RCVS as I would hate for any other pet owner to have to go through the same.

Super, caring staff and a nice environment. Staff take time to explain details and to answer any questions you have. Would not go anywhere else unless it was for an out of hours emergency appointment.

My dog is nervous when she has her claws clipped. Vet was quick and reassuring. Also did vaccination and health check. Kept talking to her all the time. I'd recommend Medivet to anyone looking for a good vet. 👍

These vets promised they could do all the necessary veterinary work to export my dogs to Australia. They messed up once which my wife and I were calm about and postponed the process for one week. On the day the dogs were meant to fly out, the exporter realised the vets messed up a second time and pushed the process back a further two weeks and we incurred roughly £1000 extra in exporting fees. Would not recommend these vets, extremely unhelpful.
