Took my cat went for annual flu vaccination and found lovely refurbished premises, very pleasant staff and felt the vet really cared and about my cat and managed to put her at ease. All in all an excellent experience from start to finish

The staff are all lovely and genuinely care about the animals and owners! The place doesn’t smell like disinfectant which is a bonus for us!

We took our cat in to Medicare Harpenden for a check up. We told them that we had a plan with holders Hill vet that covered us for all medical etc. Nonetheless they sold us flea and worm pills, telling us it was necessary. These came to just under £100. When we checked with Holders Hill, our plan covered us for all these and they confirmed that vets know this. I went back the following day explaining and trying to get a Reading on something that should not have been sold to us in the Forest place but they refused point blank. I don’t trust these vets. Aren’t they meant to be doctors? Working to a certain ethic code? Really really disappointed. Won’t use again and won’t recommend.

An excellent practice who has taken care of our old man (17 year old Jack Russell ) brilliantly all his life. Highly recommend .
