Been using Medivet Rayleigh for 7 years. No problems whatsoever. Polite, friendly, clean. Not seen a vet who wasn't kind and thoughtful to our dog and to us.

You will not find a more dedicated Veterinary Practice than Downs Veterinary Surgeons of Rayleigh, Essex. Benji our 7 year old Jack Russell has had life saving intervention for a second time. This year he was referred to specialist vet DWR and was diagnosed with Meningoencephalitis (MUA). Fortunately due to Downes and DWR early intervention Benji is recovering well and we are hopeful that he will OK for the future.

Awful experience. Each visit you pay as for a new, no matter on outcome. I know it is hard to diagnose something at once, but paying £100 for 10 mins of “consultation” without any result looks like a scam. Useless.

Yearly visit for my dog, took 8 minutes for vet to complete this year check of my dog He didn’t engage in conversation about the general health of my dog He spoke very quietly and I had to ask him to say again Expensive 8 minute trip at 98.00
