I recently visited Medivet for the first time to have my cat neutered, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the first contact I had with the clinic , the receptionist was incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful. The vet was extremely thorough in explaining the entire procedure, including the potential risks, ensuring that we were fully informed and comfortable with the process. Their professionalism and genuine care for my pet were evident throughout the visit. The procedure itself went smoothly, and the aftercare instructions were clearly explained, making me feel confident in my ability to care for my cat post-surgery. I truly appreciate the level of attention and compassion shown by the entire team. I highly recommend Medivet to any pet owner looking for a knowledgeable, caring, and professional veterinary team. I will definitely be returning future visits.

If i could give a 0 i would but its not possible. Horribly rude and scammed my older father out of £300+ for blood-work for our little pup and gave us no information on the results. I called to try and resolve this and he laughed in my face and told me that if I want to speak to him any longer I would need to pay for an appointment!!! Disgusting, cruel, rude, unprofessional and a thief and scammer.

First of all, the receptionist and nurses are absolutely lovely and welcoming. However the Vet named Bayo was not really as pleasant with the my cat and neither was his attitude towards his actual role in the clinic. He wrongly diagnosed my cat with other symptoms that when I took my cat to another vet, they instantly knew what was wrong and gave him and correct medication for the cure. Unfortunately Bayo came across as it’s just another day in the workshop. No care towards the actual pet nor any concern towards making me feel like he knew what he was talking about. I was told by Bayo that it could be his food, spraying perfume or air freshener in the house which had nothing to do with what my cat is suffering from. Very disappointing and left frustrated by his handling and his attitude. Been going to this veterinary for the last 10 months and was very happy with the team prior to Bayo arriving. Bring Tomas back !!

Extremely Disappointing Experience - Avoid This Vet! I took my Labrador Retriever for a full check-up to this Vet, and I was deeply disappointed with the service we received. The entire check-up lasted only about 30 seconds, during which the veterinarian barely looked at my dog. He failed to examine important areas such as my dog's joints, ears, gums, and even a noticeable cut on his arm. When I inquired about the thoroughness of the check-up, the veterinarian became defensive and began shouting, insisting that this was normal procedure. He then abruptly walked to the door and told me to leave, stating that he didn’t have time for my questions. This level of unprofessionalism is simply unacceptable. To make matters worse, despite the inadequate service, they attempted to charge me £75 for this hurried consultation. I refused to pay given the poor treatment, and now, they have escalated the situation by involving a collection agency. I am prepared to stand my ground and take this matter to court if necessary. I strongly advise against taking your pets to this clinic. There are many more qualified and caring veterinary clinics in Isleworth that will provide the proper care your furry friends deserve. Save yourself and your pets the trouble and look elsewhere!

Exceptional Review for The Vet in Old Isleworth I cannot recommend The Vet in Old Isleworth highly enough. My dog, Merot! has been treated here numerous times, and every visit is an example of outstanding care and professionalism. The service they provide is truly exceptional. From the very beginning—when Merlot was just eight weeks old—he has received the most thorough and prompt attention during every check-up and treatment. Gina has been fantastic in keeping me updated promptly and with care, ensuring I am informed every step of the way. Their attention to detail and genuine compassion for both pets and owners is remarkable. Every interaction with the team has left me amazed by their dedication, efficiency, and expertise. It’s clear they deeply care about the animals they treat, and I feel so fortunate to have such a wonderful veterinary practice to rely on. Thank you for everything you do for Merlot and all the other pets lucky enough to come through your doors!
