The lovely staff at Medivet Mill Hill go above and beyond in their care for animals. So compassionate and professional and friendly. My dog loves all the attention he gets when he visits and he gets lots of belly tickles.

Making prices as they go along. Instead of physical examination first, opting out for the most pricy option, x-ray straight away. Threatening to retain stray animal I brought in for treatment, even though the owner which was discovered through microchip did not respond. Did not know the law concerning animal ownership. It took about 6 hrs all together and 446 pounds just to determine that the animal needed antibiotics to treat an infection in the wound. They don't care about animals or people only want to charge as much as possible. No clear pricing and/explanations of what they will do.
