The vet “Lebo” was amazing, she was kind and supportive to my dog, explained everything really well and provide additional information about care. She was also amazing with my daughter (she did not treat her) at the curious age of 10 Leno was really good at explains the dogs condition, spoke to her in an understanding way but also like a grown up. She was showing and telling her things about our dog and dogs in general. Leno was amazing and if I could see her every time I book book her without hesitation. Thank you Leno for a great experience with my daughter.

Appointments were running over 30 minutes late but the locum vet acknowledged the delay & apologised twice. These delays happen quite regularly at the Merthyr Tydfil practice so I never make appointments before work or before any other time sensitive commitments. The vet that day was friendly, chatty & bubbly which definitely helps to put you & your pet at ease. The receptionists are very helpful too.

I can only thank the vets from yesterday and today for they're help with my big baby staffy who unfortunately had cancer of the liver The vet today was sympathetic and professional with the uneasy process with my dog final last hour today I can only express my appreciation for your assistance today Many thanks The Roberts family

The vet we saw was very gentle and caring with Morgan, who is quite nervous about seeing the vet. The reception staff were friendly and helpful.

Thank you so much to you guys for transferring Mattie from my last vet practice over too you so quickly and seeing Mattie straightaway. (1hr in total) Also a big thank you to the vet who took the time to look over Mattie properly and gave him the best care and attention you expect from someone that cares for animals and the follow up care you have offered even though you are going back up to Bristol. I will be forever grateful. You didn't look at us and think how much money we can get out of you like our previous practice, you actually care about Mattie and how you could help him, hopefully now with your help, we will get some answers and get Mattie back to is normal hyper, loving self ❤️

So far so good. Only just registered and my cat Dandelion became poorly. She had a lovely vet who is looking after her well. All the staff are really nice and the place is well kept and very clean (Merthyr branch).

Cannot fault nursing staff who are very polite and helpful. vets have been good and friendly, have had no trouble booking in emergency .Sometimes have to wait past your time of appointment for others as can be very busy.

Been a customer for many years. Was exceptionally disappointed to be under quoted for tooth clean. £400 extra than advised. My trust has been shattered..we walked out. Shall not be going back hopefully 🙏.. we will find another vets.

I struggle taken my German Shepherd to the vets since my husband passed away as he’s not to keen on going in the surgery, but the receptionists are very understanding of my situation and go out of their way to help me, and vet Mrs Gwen lley is only to willing to come out to my car to see to him.
