THE YOUNG LADY VET WHO LOOKED AFTER US TODAY AND WHO I HAVE SEEN BEFORE IS SUPERB. SHE IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND CARING. I NEVER FEEL RUSHED AND SHE IS A GREAT LISTENER. SHE IS A CREDIT TO YOUR "LARGE COMPANY" I HAVE DEALT WITH ABDUL RAYMAN AND FOLLOWED HIM SINCE HE FIRST QUALIFIED WHICH IS MANY MANY YEARS I WAS RELUCTANT TO STAY WITH A COMMERCIAL COMPANY WITH EXPENSIVE PRICES BUT I HAVE BEEN VERY SATISFIED WITH THIS VET. HOWEVER SHOULD SHE LEAVE I WILL HAVE TO CONSIDER GOING ELSEWHERE.

I came in with my puppy who ate some grapes, we were extremely worried about her, the vet acted quickly and gave her a jab, we sat in the waiting area with the nurse (who was awesome by the way) she was really friendly and supportive and was helping us all the way. Wanted to say thank you to them for acting so quickly and being there with us until our puppy stopped being sick.

I moved to Oakwood and still come to this practice because the staff are so lovely! Mavis was very cared for and I felt like she was treated like a pampered princess while she was getting spayed. There is one member of staff who is exceptional, I'm so sorry because I don't know her name! But she did Mavis second booster and checked in/out Mavis was spayed and helped me to the car with Mavis and she is just INCREDIBLE! So friendly, professional and goes the extra mile in terms of customer care, love her! She is a great representation for Medivet :-D

The receptionist who greeted us and booked us in was really friendly and welcoming. The vet we saw this time (we hadn't seen before) was reassuring and compassionate. Our cat is extremely frightened outside our home, which makes me anxious - the vet we saw was understanding. For the first time, our cat returned home and had no after effects from the visit.

Very good experience used out of hours vets for my cat they gave no explanation to his condition, took him to Medivet in Littleover the vet seen videos of my cats seizure and diagnosed him gave antibiotics. After 2 weeks my cat I was absolutely fine. Very happy .
