Not a very good vet. They were unable to diagnose a fractured spine in a cat. Gave him an expensive COVID test instead. Clowns

I went in for information first, but they were so nice and understanding, that i will take my girl there from now on,even if it be hard,as i had to bring my boy there to be euthanized, they gave me time to say goodbye before and after, and they let me stay and cuddle him while they injected him,he went so peaceful, i am so grateful of their kindness and support ❤ thank you

We took our boy Frank to be cremated. The staff are very helpful, polite and sensitive. Which is a rarity these days. Helpful in dealing with Frank going into the building. Thank you very much. Love Light and Peace Gary Cripps.

Our healthy Puggle worryingly would not get out of her basket one morning last week. We were seen quickly at 8.45am for a thorough physical examination as it wasn’t clear what was wrong. The vet excluded anything serious and emptied her anal glands thinking that was probably the cause. Within 24 hours our dog was back to her usual lovely self. Full marks for not over treating and examination skills done with care. Thankyou.
