Great vet. We’ve been going here for months and they’re very reliable. Easy and quick to set up appointments. Just be aware of their slightly odd opening hours.

The people are attentive and friendly, they treat the pets very well and the vet is very sweet, he understands and speaks Portuguese which helped me a lot during the consultation! Anyway, I recommend it with my eyes closed!

Very nice people, especially on reception. Good advice from vet . Only downside is that it is incredibly expensive- but then so is everywhere these days.

Nice place and staff but need to organise a bit better for appointments

Went there with a 2 week old puppy that had a little puncture wound on its neck so I thought but I was panicked and it was the closest place to me. On the way I told them what happened, they cared more about me being registered (which I was) Got there was seen quickly but the vet didn’t see to the puppy straight away, they injected some pain relief and sent us away. Didn’t check over puppy properly didn’t even clean the wound, charged us and we left and We went straight to out of hours Vets Now and they found a big wound on her back and her fur was completely gone and it was an open wound, we hadn’t seen, we had her wrapped to stay warm but the veterinarian should of and they have the equipment to do all the necessary checks but because they was fully booked she couldn’t and it makes me think why even see us? Instead just tell us go here because we’re fully booked they rushed through it to get a payment and wasted valuable time. The puppy was put in an incubator when we got to Vets Now and we were told water got into one of her lungs and even if they tried everything they could they said it’s too late and she doesn’t have a fighting chance. She was given an injection to put her to sleep, absolutely devastated that I trusted medivet won’t be making that mistake again.

I would like to thank all the doctors and staff aspecially Dr Thiago and Nurse Leah for the care they gave to my cat Bebe, thank you for being always available, helpful, understanding and compassionate. She had a difficult journey with some issues but she started feeling better, and on her way to full recovery. A very good practice to bring your pets in.
