A good caring practice at reasonable prices. Now that is unique! The staff are friendly and even when my dog had a tinkle from nerves, they just popped out with the mop, so he wouldn't stand in it. I hope the staff never change

Normally I do not tend to phone the surgery because I have not always felt I have received sympathetic service BUT on Friday 17th Nikki the receptionist was great from the off and put me through to Ruth the nurse who also was fantastic. She phoned me at home to discuss my cat's behaviour and I felt like I was having a proper, professional conversation with a true expert. Thank you so much and keep up the excellent work.

Good seating arrangements in the waiting area. Cats one way, dogs another. Don't know what rabbits or birds do!

I joined this practice 18 months ago, they looked after my 17 yr old dog with care and compassion until her end. They now look after my cat and puppy. Everyone from reception, nurses and vets have given excellent service, it feels like a large ‘family’ thank you

Individual vets and members of staff are very helpful and have been very effective in my 3 years experience of them. The increased beauracracy in recent years (48 hour notice of quarterly flea treatment etc, and the loss of local out-of-hours care) are not good.
