I have a Plan with Medivet, Leominster, for my cat to have flea and worm medication 4 times per year. On an appropriate date (beginning of December 2025) I phoned the Leominster practice to inform them that I would collect my Cat's flea and worm medication, and told the member of staff that I would collect in approximately 3 / 4 days time. When I went to collect the medication was not available. I was told that the Vet would want to see my cat before I could have this medication. No one from the Practice phoned me to warm me that this was the case. I therefore had a wasted journey to the Vets. I had to make an appointment to take my cat in for a consultation before I could have the medication I am paying for. I think the staff should have phoned me shortly after I first contacted them about my intention to collect the medication. There is obviously a lack of communication between staff at the Leominster practice. There is also a lack of consideration for their customer, me. This is the second time this situated has arisen.

Thank you for all the help from the Receptionists to the Vet. Although we were not register with you at the time you saw us and our dog straight away and put our mind at peace and helped our dog with care and consideration in which we greatly appreciate.
