I gained my qualification in animal science in June 2022, and joined the Medivet Hucknall team shortly after as a patient care assistant. Here I gained valuable skills in the veterinary industry and will pursue my career in veterinary nursing in September 2024. I'm currently buying my first home with partner Alex and love walking in the countryside with my puppy Koda.

Very disappointed. Been charged £44 for a 60 second phone call. This is disgraceful. Thought vets are for helping animals not ripping the owners off. I will never go back to this place

The vets were held up by the weather and were delayed. Lynne the receptionist kept us fully informed and was very apologetic. Carrie the vet had travelled from Cambridge. What a fantastic person. She was great with my dog, knowledgeable and personable. Hucknall Medivet has been deprived of vets for too long.

Amazing practice with fabulous people. Our fur baby has been a patient for years and last week she was seriously ill, the quickness and expertise of vet John saved her life. Also the nurse and receptionist was wonderful too. We will eternally be greatfull. Thank-you ❤️

The vets we saw on our last 3 visits ( Alex, Paul & Carol) were kind caring and knowledgable, they put my anxious cat at ease and knew instantly how to treat my other poorly cat, it would be lovely for these vets to be a regular fixture and be able to see them on regular visits. They are a credit to the practice and I would trust them with any of my cats needs. The receptionist Lynn went above and beyond to help and sort a problem we had, very efficient and a brilliant person to have at the practice.

I used to have my late cat here for 10 years before they changed to medivet and it was amazing l never had a bad experience. I waited to see the 4th vet with Pumpkin my cat to see if over all friendliness was lacking from all vets and yes it is across the board. The vet was unfriendly, rude and seemed like he didn't want to be there. I felt very uncomfortable. One positive he didn't try and sell me 'plaque off' and told me buy it online but treated me then a lesser human being.

Over the last month we have been dealing with a gentleman called Paul and may I say he has been absolutely brilliant. He gave us very sound and professional advice. Although my precious dog had to be put to sleep Paul made her passing so easy for us to bare.thank you Paul
