Medivets ar Heacham are great. Was not rushed, appointment on time. Friendly atmosphere. Felt like they cared a great deal about my dog, listened to us and took time over the consultation to ensure we were happy and understood what they were saying.

I worried when they moved from Hunstanton but needlessly. My experiences with my (now 10 year old Labradoodle have been exemplary; efficient quick, professional, very trusted, affordable and kind.

Helpful and friendly lady on reception, and same can be said for the vet. He was patient with my dogs ear exam as he can get a bit stressed. Wrote me lots of helpful notes for products to help manage my dogs allergies and no pushy sales as some places do. The ear drops I got have made a huge difference in only a few days. All in all, spot on service!

Unfortunately whilst on holiday our old but adorable labradoodle Gibbs’ health deteriorated drastically and we had to make the dreadful decision to say goodbye, not wanting to put him through a long and hot journey home we decided to seek help from a locally recommended vet. We could not have been made to feel more welcome and cared for by the team at Medivet Heacham. So kind and thoughtful James treated Gibbs with love and respect and we couldn’t be more grateful in what was a very very sad time for us.

Very sadly, whilst on holiday in Norfolk, we had to say goodbye to our very old adorable labradoodle Gibbs. Faced with either a very long journey home or an appointment with James and the team at Medivet Heacham we decided to seek help locally. We found the team to be incredibly caring and kind. They were so very considerate about our feelings dealing with a sad and heartbreaking decision, but we were so impressed with their understanding and the way they took care of our lovely boy. We can’t thank them enough.

My Medivet practice was without a vet today when I rang for an appointment as i was concerned about my dog. They recommend I give Heacham practice a ring to see if appointment available. No appointment available but Denise asked what the problem was and gave me excellent advice. She also said to ring her back later if I was still concerned. Denise was calm efficient professional and caring. I rarely leave reviews but I was so impressed with her service and attitude.
