Medivet Hampstead village I was 10 min late for my appointment and I was refused to be seen. Bit I always wait 10-15 min to be seen when I am on time. Absolutely unfair approach

Friendly staff, both the reception team and the vets and their assistants. Unrushed and full of helpful information - the veterinary team is patient, kind and generous with their time and care. They work hard to make it a pleasant experience for their patients (and owners). Highly recommended

Hello, my name is Tom and I'm a (very handsome) little hamster. I'd like to say thank you to all my friends at Medivet for helping me. I had very bad skin that was hurting a lot and making me very unhappy but now it's feeling better and I'm not as sad. They are very clever and kind people and any hamster who is not feeling well should head there straight away. I'm sure they are good with other animals too, like doggies, pussycats and rabbits.
