Took my dying cat to this branch as no other vets available, was more interested in how much money could be made rather than offer the best solution to end her suffering, visited my local branch on the next day who were so compassionate and she was put down to suffer no more

We always have a positive experience at MediVet Guildford. It’s always easy to get an appointment, especially now with online booking, and our cats are always really well cared for and fussed by the whole team. We’ve had to visit for both routine check ups and also serious emergencies over the 4/5 years our cats have been registered here but the brilliant quality of care is always the same.

The whole team were amazing when I had to take my dog in with an emergency. He is normally reactive to strangers but was fine with them.

Constantly running late and never apologise for it. I have never waited less than 15 minutes from my appointment time. Tried to book an appointment for 3 months time and was told to ring up closer to the time incase things change?! Is has changed a lot since becoming medivet! Would not recommend!

On this particular day it was incredibly busy. James was doing a wonderful job of managing the telephones, admitting patients, and seeing consultations all still with a smile on his face. The team here at Medivet are fantastic. They are kind, caring and very knowledgeable. And go above and beyond. I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else. Thank you team Medivet Guildford!

I am sure the vets are doing a great job ( I always feel confident in them with my dog) but the practice is not welcoming as it used to be. Gone are the smiling faces on reception and the waiting room although may well be easier to clean is bleak and unwelcoming.

Very pleased with the care for our cat during a late night emergency visit. Solved the problem and took care of her until they were happy she was ready to leave. All staff were friendly and professional, very pleased with their service.

I have Been with this vet for a number of years and more than satisfied ,but then Covid raised its ugly head and all change the lovely caring Chris left and things were never the same with the receptionist .the vets are very good and care ,but the service seemed to change .how sad
