My Vet Kevin Johnson-Smith is simply the best Vet I have ever had for my last 3 dogs. He always makes sure that my older Golden Retriever helper is given best advice, examinations and care, and I am reassured that his advice is always what's best for my dog. I find the staff at medivet very helpful too.

Efficient and caring service as always. Kevin has been our vet of choice for years and years; he has been a lifesaver both metaphorically and otherwise. Over the years he has helped us maintain a good quality of life for a blind, diabetic labrador; he has cared for a chronically ill Bichon Frise, and was key in ensuring she was able to receive life saving treatment without delay when she had her eye pulled out. We have said goodbyes in this vet, and it was handled with absolute dignity, care and in the end our boy had a peaceful and good death. Knowing this has made our grieving so much easier, our boy was surrounded by love and I know this included the medivet team; there wasn't a dry eye in the house. I could not recommend this vet practice enough; there aren't words for how much I trust in and thank Kevin and the team.

I find all the staff are really pleasant, always very helpful, only negative is vet prices, all vets i think should be monitored for their prices, as pet owners may think about helping their pets more if they could afford the vet bills.

Our cat was exceptionally well cared for. After struggling with poor service from other vets, we’d lost a bit of faith. The vet, Kevin, is a professional, helpful and knowledgeable. He was very attentive and able to fix our cat’s tooth during the consultation. With only 2 days to go to Christmas, we were worried we wouldn’t be able to get her to eat before the break. We can’t thank you enough, to Kevin and Keira, we are a so grateful. It’s wonderful to finally see a vets practice who really care about animals and their owners too!
