Fairly easy to get an appointment to fit around my work and we didn’t have to wait at all. The vet had a kind manner with my cats. The practice’s automated systems are better than they were but still need a bit of work.

The appointment for a cytopoint injection is usually £140 but on this occasion it had increased to just over £180. I queried this and was told it was because previous injections had been administered by a nurse whereas this time it had been administered by the vet. This was a very disappointing surprise because the reason the injection had been left so long (over the recommended month), which lead to an abscess forming between my dogs toes, was because its so expensive. In future I will have to insist the injection is administered by a nurse

The old staff was lovely and really cared about their animals. New owners care more about the cost than actually helping animals! Changing vets after spending a fortune.
