I love this practice and so does my cat, Petunia. All of the vets have always been so gentle with my cat. Adam was wonderful and he really reassured me before Petunia's spay. He did a wonderful job and she is now having a complete textbook 10/10 recovery. Going back to the vets is always a scary experience for her, but they are all so kind and you can tell they love animals so much that it always makes the experience a really positive one. The reception staff always have time for you, and they are also super knowledgeable and can answer so many questions without the need for a physical appointment. If you're considering which vet practice to pick, I would really urge you to go for this one, they are the best. Thank you to all of the staff at this practice, you always do a stellar job! <3 Juliet

The vets are all very kind and really loving towards my cats. When I have had to leave the cats in for treatment they are always really well cared for. The service is very personal and they really take time with each animal. The receptionists are welcoming and helpful. I feel my cats are in very safe hands. The monthly payment scheme is great to spread the costs of the vaccinations, health checks and flea and worming treatments. When I had to use the emergency Beckenham and Camberwell vets they were also absolutely amazing and so patient despite it being the early hours of the morning and really went to a lot of trouble to find that one time my cat had a long blade of grass stuck at the back of his throat going down into his windpipe causing him to constantly wretch. The vet quickly removed it under sedation and he was fine straight after. They also help with all insurance claims quickly and easily. Highly recommended.

I brought my cat Fidget to Medivet and she was looked after with such care, compassion and understanding. Adam and the rest of the team were friendly and compassionate with me when I lost her, and allowing me a last goodbye with her after she passed, along with the mementoes of my little fighter was especially kind. Thank you for everything you did for her.

Really lovely team. I appreciate it because I've had negative vet experiences. They were lovely with my cat and the lady on reception gave me time and guidance on the phone, and I'm sure they get it all day, but they were empathetic as i was quite worried. It all made for an excellent experience. Very happy

Highly recommend! The staff is very friendly and I feel they genuinely care for animals. And when I had questions they were answered and thoroughly explained. Bonus: easy to make appointments (and reschedule).
