We're excited to announce that we're now offering a new nose-to-tail health check, discounted up to 25%. This includes a coat examination, body conditioning check, mobility assessment plus a flea, tick, teeth and ear check. If required your pet can also receive a nail clip. I came to this practice during covid and haven't gone back to my old one even though this is much further from my house. The staff here are lovely. Really helpful and friendly. I have always managed to get an appointment which is reassuring when you have an ageing dog. The vets are spot on and one in particular called Sophie has been great with my dog. She has really listened to my concerns and I felt that I wasn't just being sold a service and that she actually cared for my pets well being. We have discussed treatments and what would best suit my pet rather than a one size fits all. Highly recommend.

We sadly had to use the 24hr service with my old girl and received super fast service. 2 visits and a day and a half later we needed my girl putting to sleep. I phoned to make sure we could get straight in without waiting as i couldnt even speak when i got in. We were treated with kindness and compassion which greatly helped the process.

Very attentive and helpful when I rang up with a crisis. They took time to explain what I needed to do and didn't just tell me to bring my cat in. I felt they genuinely cared about my pets welfare and not just getting money out of me. When I brought my cats in the reception area was clean and tidy. My appointment started right on time and both the vet and reception staff were friendly and helpful

Visited medivet for our dogs dental , while under sedation the vet noticed our dogs enlarged tummy, so did an ultrasound to find he has a tumour . He is now booked in for an operation to have it removed . Can’t thank the vet enough for been so observant and caring . M. Guarini.

Took my cat in today for annual vaccination. I was offered the pet insurance plan and am amazed at the value for money!! The veterinarian that took care of my cat was amazing! Her name is Daniela and she was very kind and caring . I would not hesitate to have any of my pets taken care of by her. Highly recommend without hesitation! Thank you Daniela for showing such love and kindness to my cat. Your love for animals and respect for their owners shines bright!

Took coco for claw nail removed vet was very informative an very helpful friendly same as receptionist an staff very clean inside plus area for you to walk dog pick up after one self been twice an will using again

Lovely staff and they took great care of my kitten. I had my kitten chipped and neutered and I also was able to use my voucher from Cats Protection which I was struggling to find anywhere that would accept it.
