Joined Medivet dartford after buying my cavalier puppy I was dissatisfied with previous vets and decided to change so far so good no complaints friendly staff and good service

I brought my dog here in a total emergency while he was choking and struggling to breathe, only to be turned away as they were ‘too busy’ and told to go to our usual vet - which we’d just explained was closed. They acted as though we were an inconvenience, even though my dog was visibly fighting to breathe in front of them. Thankfully there was another vet three minutes away which we managed to carry him to, where he received immediate and exceptional care. Truly shocking experience especially given the expectation of vets to adhere to a code of conduct that prioritises the welfare of animals in life or death situations.

Honestly cannot thank this practice enough! After horrible experiences with a previous vets taking my dog to the vets fills me with anxiety! But the receptionist and the vet today who took care of me and my boy was so friendly and patient with my dog who can be very nervous with vets! So happy I changed vets cause they are amazing! Thankyou so much!!

I couldn’t be happier with the care my pet received at Medivet Dartford! The doctor was incredibly passionate and took the time to clearly explain my dog’s issue in a way that was easy to understand. It was clear they truly cared about my dog’s health and well-being. The entire team was warm and knowledgeable, making the experience stress-free for both me and my pet. Thanks to their dedication and expert care, my dog is now on the road to recovery. Highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for compassionate and skilled care!

First time at Medivet and I want to take a moment to thank Dr. Leon, the vet who treated my cat several months ago. He was incredibly kind and professional, and he helped us with our insurance and financing options. Unfortunately, we had to return at 3am with our cat, Trasto, and we were fortunate to be assisted by a wonderful Spanish-speaking vet whose name I can't remember. As a Spanish myself being able to discuss certain terms in my own language really calmed me down, and it's amazing to have someone who speaks multiple languages. He was so incredible, such a lovely vet! He was fantastic, encouraging us to try alternatives before spending more money. Those alternatives worked within hours! The care we received was exceptional, and the emotional support during such a difficult time was invaluable. I hope we won't need to return anytime soon, as that would mean our cat is healthy, but thank you, gracias!

vets will explain in simple language everything about your pet and address any concerns that you may have.Always kind ,considerate and polite.Very please to have my pet in their care.
