Nose-to-tail health check
We're excited to announce that we're now offering a new nose-to-tail health check, discounted up to 25%. This includes a coat examination, body conditioning check, mobility assessment plus a flea, tick, teeth and ear check. If required your pet can also receive a nail clip. Great staff, polite and so lovely with us i felt so ease leaving my pet in their care as i felt he was in great hands with the vet and staff. They dont judge and they explain everything clearly and answer any question with no problem.

The Veterinary Nurses show empathy and care. I don't have much confidence in the Vet though. She seems unable to be able to accurately diagnose my pet's health issues, and doesn't seem concerned. She also doesn't know her way around the Practice's computer system. She was asking the same question on how to do something on the computer that she asked when I first saw her 5 months ago. She either needs some IT training or needs to listen more attentively.

It was easy to make an appointment. I got one the same day. The staff were friendly. The practice was clean and bright.

My dog is very nervous and can be very defensive and the team know this and always go above and beyond to make her feel less anxious. That much so that this time she went in excited knowing she was going to get lots of fuss and tickles and she was not disappointed and didnt growl once. I have used medivets since they took over the Crowle practice and have always been happy they were incredibly sensitive when we had to have a dog and then not many months later our cat put to sleep a few years ago.

Staff are all lovely and really put both us and our dog at ease, couldn’t fault the service in the slightest. Worth the travel to get to people who are so genuinely caring about our dog and their welfare
