Had my labrador Jet scanned for pregnancy on Thursday and i couldn't be happier with the service . The vet was wonderful and took a lot of time explaining everything to me and the 2 ladies on reception couldn't have been more kind or helpful .

I moved my dog here from another vets a couple of years ago. I wish we had taken her here from the start. Unfortunately my dog had a few health problems. Ceinwen took such care and made sure to explain everything thoroughly. She gave us different options and advice and we weren't rushed. Also all staff were so friendly that my dog enjoyed going to the vets and being fussed by everyone. I'm so grateful for all the care that was taken to look after Nellie.

If I could give zero stars for this practice I would. Their treatment of my dog led to his overwhelming fear of vet practitioner's - which led to further costs of sedation (nice little mark up) and a long lasting financial injury via insurance as my dog is now rendered uninsurable. Since leaving this practice my dogs new practitioner simply recognised his fear of assessment & treatment (wholly induced by medivet in the first instance) and simple treated the issue by prescribing relaxing tablets to take ahead of visits. Instead of charging me £350 for sedation. This surgery is far too finance motivated to be considered a ‘pet friendly’ practice. I hope they change their directive from pocket - to genuine care. Would definitely NOT recommend.
