All staff are lovely and friendly. They are very accommodating and genuinely care for pets health and wellbeing. There is a separate waiting area for cats and dogs, which is so thoughtful and helpful for reducing pets stress. They answered all my questions and provided me with useful advice. Definitely recommend Medivet. You get reminders of when vaccines, parasite treatment and health check ups are due helping to keep on top of pets health.

Our cat has been registered at this practice for 2 years we paid for him to be microchipped last year, the Vet entered a different customers details onto the database. Our cat went missing a few days ago and I could not get any details from Petlog because I am not registered as the keeper. Petlog asked me to call the practice who administered the microchip. I spoke to Kivian on reception who was absolutely useless and unprofessional, explained that Petlog have the wrong keeper details and was told by Kivian that the practice cannot help me. I took 3 long calls to Petlog and another call to Medivet to sort everything out. I spoke to Rashid at Medivet later that day who confirmed that their Vet had entered the wrong customer details onto the database Bottom line this practice is unprofessional and when your pet goes missing the last thing you need is a useless man Kivian telling you he can’t help you Thanks Medivet Great Service

Their emergency service is 12 miles away. It took one and a half hours to get there last week on a Friday at midday because the one in Chorlton wasn’t open at that time! The vets is 200m from my house. Our doggo died. Now I’m sat outside the one in Chorlton attempting to pick up his ashes after being told earlier today that they close at seven. Arrived at 6.48 and no-one here, it’s all locked up, no one answering the phone, and I have to go home and explain to my son why I don’t have his dog with me

I booked an appointment on Monday told the reception I need cat rabies vaccine for traveling and also the certificate. The blonde girl from the reception said yes. I received no emails and messages to confirm my appointment until I called them on Wednesday to reconfirm my appointment that day. When I arrived they kept me waiting for half an hour and then told me they didn’t have the certificate and didn’t prepare the vaccine. All I receive is just a “ I am sorry”. What’s wrong with this place?

Absolutely DISGUSTING treatment through the birth of new puppies. They were not checked for abnormalities, which was followed by the death of 3 of them. Charges were piled on and the bill came to double what it should have been. Disgraceful surgery and I would not give it half a star. It deserves to be closed down.
