Rang to ask for a price to have a lump sent off for analysis and was told I would have to register first, I explained that I need a price to decide if I wanted to join......the receptionist was not listening to my explanation so I had to keep repeating myself found her rude no chance of joining this practice EVER. I came off the telephone highly stressed it was bad enough that my beautiful dog might have cancer

Always friendly, make you and your pet feel at ease. My dog was recently spayed and her scar and recovery has been amazing. My dog is always happy going into the vets. Highly recommend.

A fantastic local vet, who take genuine interest in your animals. They have always been kind and professional, even fitting us in for an appointment at a moments notice (when we found our first tick). I could not recommend them more.

Excellent service across two visits at Medivet Chipstead for my boys Tom & Jerry who unfortunately were suffering from an upper respiratory tract infection and Laryngitis as they had both lost their Meows. The treatment there was fantastic especially as they were fitted in us in at the last minute. Excellent, knowledgeable and very friendly vets one of which was called Francesco but the other I unfortunately don’t know the name of the lady but she apparently specialised in older cats. She was also excellent and extremely friendly though and the nursing staff were also lovely and very friendly too. The other person who deserves a mention is the lovely lady on reception who is super helpful and extremely polite and friendly and is just the sort of person you need to chat to when you’re worried about your fur kids. All in all I’d recommend Medivet Chipstead to everyone.
