Since graduating from the Royal Veterinary College in 1982 I've worked in several practices in the South East, generally part-time to allow time with my family. I share my home with three much-loved cats and a geriatric tortoise.

I graduated from the Università degli Studi of Milan in 2018 and moved to the UK later that year. I joined Medivet Frimley as an assistant vet surgeon in 2019. I really enjoy working in a General Practice because this gives me the chance to approach and investigate many different conditions. Also, I enjoy mentoring vet students and training new graduates as a VetGDP Adviser.

I joined the team in August 2021 as the Head Veterinary Nurse. I qualified in 2013 and moved while it was Bisley Vets and then joined Medivet Team in 2021. I have a keen interest in wildlife and well-being of cats when visiting the practice. I have two children, a rescue dog, two rescue cats and tortoise who was bought in here as stray (the curse and the beauty of working in a veterinary branch is that you fall in love with every animal that needs a home!). I enjoy spending time with my family outside of work, holidaying in Wales and exploring the countryside.

I joined the team in March 2020. I qualified as a nurse in March 2019 but have been working in different practices since January 2015. I have passion for nutrition, and support of osteoarthritis due to my own cat and rabbit suffering from this. I'm kept busy in my spare time looking after my pets.

Just had my 2 cats 6 months health check with Nurse Meghan. Check up was thorough and put my mind at rest. Couldn't be kinder and my cats love seeing Meghan. Treatment room clean, and staff always welcoming . Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this practice.

Not as impressive as when Fred was the vet, and we are obviously all paying for the building improvements as the bill took my breath away for simple ear drops.

Gaia was brilliant, and Buckets Malone enjoyed his visit. Not an easy ask for a cat it took half an hour to persuade that being decanted into his cat carrier was a good idea!

Gaia is the best vet we have had. The most in depth check up. She spoke to me regarding my rescue and explain some of her behavioural issues. Allowed our dog to calm down and start to feel comfortable with the practise 😊

I took my Labrador in for a quick check after him being off his food. I'd already swapped his food and his appetite was returning but under pressure from the kids booked him in for a check up. Been using this practice with Fred for over 15 years and after a 4-minute consultation with the vet cost £63 (I am not exaggerating on the time) -which took me by surprise! I've been in previously for consultations and happy to pay £35-£45 (even £50) for their expertise but this is taking the biscuit. Complained about the cost and received a lengthy description of what the Vet had done in those 4 minutes as if to justify the consultation fee.

My cat was quite poorly, they were very sympathetic and explained every step in a language I could understand. The vet told me of her concerns, we talked them through and a plan of action taken. I'm very happy with the treatment and handling of my cat.
