The staff here are very friendly, very helpful and very knowledgeable. It is easy to get through on the phone, I have never had a problem with making appointments for our pets and I really like that once I’ve re-ordered medication I get a text when they are ready to collect. The care and compassion shown towards our pets and ourselves is exceptional and I definitely highly recommend Medivet Bedworth Heath Road. Thank you to all the staff working there!

We have been with Medivet for years, but this was the first time we had an emergency situation. We were very stressed, but the staff was wonderful, in an emergency situation everyone was very understanding, my dog's well-being was important to the staff, all details were taken care of. I am really grateful for the quick and professional help.
