Had a truly excellent experience recently with my little fluffy monster. The staff were really kind, patient and very reassuring when he had to go in recently for his jabs. I would highly recommend to all!

Absolutely appalling experience at Medivet Battersea. I brought my dog, here on October 18th because his eye was visibly inflamed, but instead of receiving the thorough care he needed, the vet—whose name might have been Jasmine or Jessica—did the bare minimum. She mentioned she couldn’t diagnose the issue, took a photo to “send to an ophthalmologist,” and promised to follow up. I never heard back. Meanwhile, my dog’s eye worsened, becoming more inflamed and painful. The vet rushed through the appointment, didn’t even run an eye pressure test, and kept repeating that she was “late for the next appointment.” I cannot stress enough how unprofessional and neglectful this was. The lack of basic care has led to my dog losing sight in his left eye, a condition that other veterinarians have since told me could have been managed if it had been addressed properly with basic eye drops. This level of negligence is unacceptable. If you value your pet’s health and safety, avoid Medivet Battersea at all costs. The lack of follow-through, rushed attitude, and total disregard for my dog’s suffering have left me devastated. I would advise anyone considering Medivet Battersea to look elsewhere. Your pet deserves attentive, professional care—something this clinic has proven incapable of providing. My dog is now blind and has to have his eye removed due to the neglectful care and unprofessionalism of the vet who failed to diagnose and handle the basics when it mattered most. If I had seen the reviews beforehand, I would NEVER have stepped foot in that clinic.

Heartbreaking experience with my old dying dog. Booked an emergency appointment & was reprimanded by the stroppy receptionist for not being on time due to a taxi cancelling, as if I had not been rushing like my life depended on it. Was told I couldn't see a vet because I was late. When I insisted due to desperation of my dog deteriorating, the vet that reluctantly spared 5 minutes of her precious time but was abrupt and dismissive, & implied that we were unwilling to spend further funds. After being asked to perform various checks, she wrote off our dog's chances after each one with pure ill feeling and nastiness. Our record would have shown we had already exhausted our poor elderly dog with referrals to top specialists such as the Royal Veterinary College who had been honest & told us that no further treatment would save our dog's life. Yet this money grabbing clinic chose to squeeze us in for an emergency appointment that could not be met, then were rude and unfeeling when we declined sending the sick dog to Camberwell for more scans and intrusive checks during the last hours of life left. Absolutely the worst type of vet that you could experience during the most painful time of dog ownership. They embody everything negative that's reported about high street vets only interested in meeting financial targets. Be warned, I gave them the benefit of the doubt despite hearing terrible reviews from locals. It has seriously affected the cherished memory of my dog and they should be aware of the affect that their heartless actions have on bereavement. Nasty people.

Really great clinic with friendly staff, clean and tidy waiting area. Miha was really great with my dog Tyler and took amazing care and put me at easy about his health. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Just called this vet asking for advice and price on neutering a cat that has adopted us. He is quite aggressive so I asked about sedation prior to taking him. The young sounding receptionist, instead of helping, had nothing but obstacles instead, when I had pretty much had enough she went to get some advice. They offered to collect at a cost of £48.66. I said ok that's fine, how much would the neutering be. She quoted THREE HUNDRED AND NINETY POUNDS. The next vet I called was helpful and quoted only £102, guess where we will be going. How is massively overcharging going to encourage people to neuter their cats? Not to mention taking care of any other health issues.
