We have housed our 2 Huskies here for many years, mainly with no issues. However, our opinion has changed after our recent booking unfortunately. We booked our Husky into the kennels early this year, checked the booking in April and this was confirmed by the staff. Checked a 2nd time 1 week before our 2 week holiday, only to be told she had not been booked in. After a serious concern, our dog was squeezed in by moving her around several times, including a couple of nights in the quarantine kennel. We will seriously consider alternatives moving forward. Not really any form of apology and just picked her up to find out the rates have increased by £3 per day. Not happy at all Dave

Looked after our dog all his life and the care has never been less than exemplary. Prices have increased since changing to medivet but still relatively competitive and the only vets I know of that are open Sunday. I would take any new dog to them.
