I love going to Medivet in Ashtead as they are so caring and helpful. I recently had to have one of my cats put down and I was treated so caringly and sensitively. Always a friendly smile and conversation and mmy pets are well looked after.

Everything is perfect, however I think they need to be equipped with a sort of device helping pets to stay still when cutting pet’s nails .

We cannot express strongly enough just how impressed we are in the way in which Jay (Vet), and the entire team at Medivet, Ashtead, cared for our very poorly Cat. Sadly, recently the time came for us to have to say a very difficult Goodbye to our boy. The euthanasia process, which was handled by Jay, was dignified, caring, supportive and filled with genuine empathy and kindness. Jay is skilled and professional, but also has very genuine warmth and compassion, which means so much. All of the staff seem lovely, caring and supportive to both pet and owner. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this practice. We would not take a pet of ours anywhere else.
