I have 2 cat and my new puppy under this vet. I find it really easy to book an appointment and I like that they're open late so I can come after work. They're reasonably priced and the staff are lovely

This vets (Arnold) has shown more compassion to my dog that any other vets has in his 12 years. They don't just take your money and fob you off. Made my dogs final moments peaceful and are so respectful. I can't thank them enough for everything they did for my boy x

I have never had an issue with Medivet Arnold, but I'm a little perplexed why I can't pre-book an appointment for a day that is suitable for me. I would have liked to have pre-booked for this Thursday so I could inform my workplace tomorrow and arrange the time off. Instead, I was asked to telephone on the day to see if any appointments were available. Great if you can hang on the telephone and then, if you're lucky to get an appointment, to then tell your employer your leaving early without notice. Another issue is that you can't get an appointment on a Saturday anymore, but you can at Sherwood. I have registered online and it is now showing the nearest pre-booked appointment to be 19th November. I have booked this appointment, but not happy to wait this long. My ginger tom is coughing and wheezing about 3-4 times a day. He had a similar issue as a kitten and I don't think it is a hairball. I may consider seeing if we can transfer to Medivet Sherwood.

My brand new Cockapoo Arlo and I came to Medivet Arnold for the first time as he needed his first vaccination. I was as scared as he was but I was reassured by the staff and Arlo loved it! Especially I loved how much time was spent making him comfortable, and the reassurance I can ask for advice anytime! I’m terrified as I’ve never had a puppy before and I’m second guessing everything, but having the team at Medivet three minutes away is very reassuring! Thank you :)
