Zophia Jones

Practice Manager

Zophia spends most of her time managing the practice and our wonderful team. Keeping everything running smoothly is more than a full time job, and on top of this Zophia is always looking for ways in which we can exceed our clients' expectations. Most of Zophia's time is spent behind the scenes supporting our team, and complements the veterinary staff. She particularly likes the diversity and challenges that occur daily, and helping owners and their companions. Outside of work Zophia is just as busy with her three boys, two dogs and cat. Unsurprisingly, the animals are easier to deal with.

I've been a loyal customer for nearly 10 years, but the quality of care has seriously declined. Our last appointment was canceled last minute, and this week, the clinic missed my cat's vaccination and failed to inform me that the urine sample needed to be taken by us prior to the appointment. When attempting to take blood, the vet claimed it wasn't possible. For years the vets have said our elderly cat is exceptionally docile and extremely easy to handle. To make matters worse, many vets and staff I trusted have left. For over £20 a month on their pet plan, I don’t feel we're getting the care or respect we deserve. Very disappointed.

Brilliant vets, I visited this branch and also the tyldsley and Standish practices over a course of 2 weeks as we rescued a dog who has injuries, staff were friendly and helped nurse her back to full health. Small waiting room in Adlington so if you have a reactive dog this may be tricky if it’s busy, but wasn’t an issue for us as our girl is placid anyway. Would recommend thankyou!!

They saved my cats life "Ginger" he couldn't breath when I took him, they gave him oxygen immediately. He had to stay in all day, they put him on a drip, not sure what else, They shaved his paw, and neck. I picked him up about 4.30,pm he seemed fine, I think they said he had a form of cat flu. It was expensive, my Ginger was well worth it.
