Please provide us with some details so that we can start the registration process. We will then contact you between 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday to complete your registration and book your first appointment.

If your enquiry relates to a pet emergency, please contact a Medivet practice immediately.

If you’re an existing Medivet client with an enquiry or would like to add a new pet to your account, you can do this via the Online Appointment Booking button or by calling your practice.
