Just for the record, you practice need"S to buckle up and and face reality on how to Conduct a proper customer service with your clients over the fone and in person Specially their performance on their behalf is on a very poor level and it seems like they don't have the right training or acknowledgement to answer accordingly the answer's to the questions they have been given regarding Services- Appointments, Database or Packages they sell or their workplace as a practices or any other etc's regarding your pet history... Over the year you guys have been very unprofessional on many occasions and having poor staff knowledge of Services you provide and what to be expected out of packages you sell which is unacceptable for a provider and your veterinarian practice level is..."" I will leave it to your imagination Since reality and Circumstances is not a factor for Medivet or their Uper Management-Palacho . Once you point out and address thing personally they will get offensive and start getting really ignorant and twist things around like you're the bad guy- As a veterinarian clinic which is ridiculous, You should listen to your customers more and try to understand the problem and who is at fault, it seems like they always want to rush things and get it over with and get the next victim in so that you could mooch off some more money $$$$, very poor behavior...🤦‍♂️ Shame Shame Shame

Lovely practice, staff are always friendly & caring. Appointments are easy to book. I have a care plan for my cat & he gets regular checkups, vaccinations, flea & worm treatments for a small monthly fee. Works very well for me. Would highly recommend Medivet Sutton.

My cat, unfortunately for her, became a long term visitor at Sutton earlier this year. What I thought was a laceration with weight loss led to a deep ulcerated wound, discovering a medical problem and an anxious wait for pathology results. Over 2 months of regular dressing changes and difficult decisions led to her having an amputation. All this on a very nervous skittish cat with strangers! The fantastic support by Dr Miguel and the veterinary staff got me through a very difficult few months. The professional way that I was supported in decisions and the amazing way the team at Sutton instantly seemed to calm frankie at each visit made a stressful time for me bearable. Every single visit was planned, discussed and carried through with calm disposition. I , and frankie, would not have made it through without the teams support. And all this in the peak of Covid19 ! Bless you all💕 we will never forget you.

I came to Medivet on Monday night as an emergency with my frenchie. She had always been perfectly healthy and was only 4, but it was the worse news and we had to make the decision to let her go. I was in an incredible state and just beside myself with sadness. The vet and nurse on duty were so incredibly kind and patient with me. I’m so grateful for the time and care they gave me and my dog in the worst moment. In the past I have found vets at other practices quite clinical, but these two ladies were so empathetic and I will be forever grateful for the kindness and care they should us. Thank you 🙏🏼🙏🏼 🌈🪽
