I graduated in Veterinary Medicine from the University of Lisbon in 2015. I also trained in Barcelona during my degree. I joined Medivet in 2016 and have worked in a variety of clinics across London, joining permanently the Camberwell team in February 2023 and finally becoming branch partner in February 2024. I hold a certificate in Internal Medicine and I am working towards a certificate in ultrasonography. I enjoy all aspects of veterinary medicine and have a particular interest in abdominal ultrasonography and management of medical cases. Outside of work I have a passion for travelling, reading and music and I escape to trek in nature whenever possible. I share my home with two very cheeky cats called Café and Luar who my partner and I have rescued.

I graduated in Veterinary Medicine in the University of Teramo, Italy, in 2016. After completing an internship in Italy, I moved to the UK where I started my career with Medivet in 2018. In 2023 I have relocated to Medivet Camberwell, where I enjoy my work in internal medicine, abdominal ultrasonography, and clinical pathology, with a particular interest in cytology and clinical oncology. I am currently working towards my Internal Medicine certificate. In my free time I enjoy being outdoors, travelling, classical music and rock climbing.

I was very disappointed with my recent visit to this veterinarian practice. The veterinarian showed a lack of professionalism and a lack of empathy for my cat who was clearly unwell and distressed.

I was only at two appointments. Although I settled all payments, after each visit, I received an email demanding payment based on the false claim of an outstanding balance. Each time I replied with clarifications, I did not receive any response.

Nala cut her foot pretty badly, and lots of blood. I was very worried (in shock tbh), but Georgie was very reassuring and calmed me down, explained it wasn’t too awful. I left Nala with them for the day (Sunday) and when I picked her up, she was stitched, bandaged and wagging her tail happily, such a relief and very happy with the treatment and general service. Cost was expensive, but reasonably acceptable for a Sunday. The following day, took her in for a change of bandage and everything was looking good. I’ve now had bandage off a few days and let her off the lead yesterday and everything seems very well. Thanks Medivet Camberwell

Sadly on 5th October we had to have our Labrador Curtis who was nearly 15 put to sleep due to a few health issues. The night Vet Louis and the Nurse Mel were so kind and compassionate to Curtis and our family at this very sad time. Thank you for making this a bit easier with the kindness you showed us. The overall kitten check-up on my pet was fine, but my issue was with the staff and building's organisation in itself. When I arrived at the vets, they seemed to be doing some sort of promotional photoshoot, where a huge flashing light was being used to photograph the centre which had never been mentioned to me. I had a distressed cat in a carrier, who was meowing, and what I can only assume is the marketing team continued to chat and laugh extremely loudly and use this ginormous photography flashing light which would clearly be stressful to any animal. Luckily, I had a relatively confident kitten with me- I can't even imagine what that experience would have been like for an older cat or for a client who was coming in for pet euthanasia. The team began to chat with me and each member individually tried peering into the carrier several times to which I pointed out that my cat was STRESSED and it was likely due to the loud noises and frequent flashes of light. Instead of appologising or stopping, they agreed with me and then continued to laugh and take photos? It was all just incredibly tone deaf and very bizarre.

From the moment I stepped in, I knew I found my vet in London. We recently moved here and were looking for a vet to take ourCavalier King Charles. Bert, was so caring and gave so much detailed information about the diagnose, that I felt reassured. Extremely professional and empathic. Staff very friendly and kind.

Kirsty Tucker made my experience at Medivet Camberwell really bad. Really rude, no customer service at all and really difficult to mantain a proper conversation with her. Please avoid her at all costs.

You are really stressed about your pet health and you need to deal with an assistant like Kirsty Tucker to ruin your day even more. Hope this review helps to have a conversation with her about how she treats customers. Horrible. Made me even think about to change my vet.
