Nice staff. Sadly this practice has become very expensive since it has become part of a chain.

The vet was brilliant with our boy and us. The receptionist was also lovely. It was a much better experience than our last visit.

When I left with I dog I paid everything upfront and left. I was even told I had a £57 in credit that they couldn’t refund so offered me a free vet checkup. They then sent me a letter a month later demanding £130 as they had decided they’d undercharged me. Awful customer service and you have to pay upfront when you’re there anyway so I wouldn’t have been able to leave without paying upfront. Seems disgusting that they’ve just decided I owe more money months after I’d paid up. Awful customer service who couldn’t do anything to help me out and refused to believe what happened. Awful that I can leave in £57 credit and a month later owe them £130 that they’d just fabricated out of thin air. Avoid and go somewhere that won’t try scam you out of more money

As per my boyfriend's review below; his dog was in a car accident and after an overnight hospitalisation was sent home with pain relief after not needing any further treatment. My boyfriend paid a deposit before we went home for the night and was told any credit would be transferred or refunded if the fees didn't exceed the deposit (we were told they might due to him needing potential X-Rays or sedation - which he did not have). The following morning, my boyfriend and I collected his puppy and were told there was no outstanding fees to pay after we repeatedly asked to be sure - in fact, we were told there was some credit on his account that could be transferred for a check up in the future. We were told that all fees were paid and told we could leave with his dog, so we left. My boyfriend was then contacted several months later by the vets claiming that he owed approximately 130 pounds in outstanding charges. When we called them to seek clarity on this charge, they could not give us a straight answer and kept putting us on hold to talk to various vets. After being told multiple times that he owed money, we asked why we were told we could leave and that there were no fees left to pay, to which the receptionist could not again answer us and said they would be back in touch. 8 months later, my boyfriend has received a call from a debt collection agency. After telling the agency that this fee appears to have come out of nowhere, and that we were repeatedly told there was no payment left from the hospitalization and allowed to leave the vet (why would my boyfriend have been allowed to leave without paying ??). The agency have now gone back to try seek clarity themselves too. Unable to clarify any information when asked and were dishonest with us when we were there - my boyfriend doesn't seem to be the only person with a bad experience from this vet judging by reviews. A real shame given that you're looking after people's animals.

Needed an emergency appointment for my dog. They got him in straightaway. The receptionist was extremely friendly and the vet who saw him was fantastic. He explained everything that was going to be done. He had to be kept overnight. Next day I had a call saying i could pick him up. Saw a different vet, and again she was fantastic. Didn't feel rushed. Excellent overall experience at this really stressful time
